1. Key Updates to Terms of Service
Article 2 (Definitions) - New Definition of 'Token'

5. Token: Virtual data used within the Service to access specific features such as AI chatbots and document generation.
Reason for Revision: To clarify the concept of tokens in accordance with the provision of AI-based add-on services.
Article 7 (Obligations of Members) - Specification of Prohibited Acts
[Added Prohibited Acts]
- Item 5: Unauthorized collection of information and interference with service operations using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.).
- Item 6: Copying, reverse engineering, or decompiling software without the Company's consent.
- Item 7: Unauthorized leakage or commercial use of confidential information, trade secrets, or financial information belonging to the Company or others.
Reason for Revision: To specify prohibited acts for strengthening service security, preventing illegal use, and protecting intellectual property rights.
Article 8 (Management Responsibility for Members and Affiliated Users) - New

- Responsibility for managing account information of all users affiliated with the Member's account.
- Obligation to set and manage service access permissions for affiliated users.
- Exemption of the Company from liability for information leakage caused by the Member's negligence.
- Violations by affiliated users are considered violations by the Member.
Reason for Revision: To prevent security incidents by clarifying the corporate Member's responsibility for managing their employees, given the nature of B2B services.
Article 11 (Payment) - New

- Specification of payment methods for paid services and Member responsibilities.
- Payment Method: Toss Payments, etc.
Reason for Revision: Establishment of payment regulations following the introduction of paid services.
Article 12 (Cancellation and Refund) - New

1) Regular Payment (Subscription) Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before use: Full refund within 7 days.
- After use: Pro-rated calculation + Deduction of used tokens + 10% penalty.
- Unused tokens expire immediately upon cancellation.
2) Token (Single Purchase) Refund Policy
- If unused within 7 days: Full refund available.
- If even one token is used: Strictly non-refundable (due to the nature of digital content).
Reason for Revision: To comply with the E-commerce Act and establish a clear refund policy tailored to the nature of digital content.
Article 13 (Validity, Expiration, and Usage Order of Tokens) - New

- Usage Order: Subscription Free Tokens → Event Free Tokens → Paid Tokens (in order of nearest expiration).
- Subscription Tokens: Expire automatically every month (cannot be rolled over).
- Paid Tokens: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; notification sent 30 days prior to expiration.
Reason for Revision: To establish clear usage rules and protect consumer rights following the introduction of the token-based billing system.

- Items Pseudonymized: Service usage records, access logs, financial product information (excluding identifiers).
- Security Measures: Separate storage of additional information to prevent re-identification.
Reason for Revision: To prepare a legal basis for processing pseudonymized information and enhance transparency in accordance with the amendment of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 10 (Measures for Ensuring Safety) - Strengthening Security Measures

- Strengthened Personal Information Encryption: Specified encrypted storage for emails, mobile phone numbers, and financial information.
- Strengthened Cloud Security:
- When implementing AI functions using AWS Bedrock, data is processed strictly within the VPC.
- Source blocking of external leaks.
- All data is processed only in an environment isolated from the outside.
Reason for Revision: To strengthen cloud security and enhance user trust following the introduction of AI services.
