[Notice] Terms of Service Update

2026.07.07

Hello, this is Fintag, the AI-powered corporate financial asset optimization solution. We sincerely thank all of our customers for trusting Fintag with the management of your company's valuable financial assets.

To provide a safer, more reliable service and better protect our members' rights, Fintag is updating its Terms of Service. This update reflects the expansion of our service — including the launch of our AI cash flow forecasting and anomalous transaction detection service and our mobile app — and clearly defines the data handling standards and terms of use for these new features.

📌 Summary of the Update

  • Version: v1.2 → v1.3
  • Effective date: Tuesday, July 14, 2026
  • Direction of the update: ① Codifying data protection standards for the AI prediction service ② Reflecting new usage environments such as the mobile app and social login ③ Strengthening member rights in subscription payments and financial product connections

💡 What Changes for You

🔐 Stricter data protection — Transaction data passed to the AI prediction service is pseudonymized with internal identifiers (IDs), so identifying information such as company names, business registration numbers, and account numbers is never passed to the AI model. The data is never provided to third parties and never used to train AI models. Original data is stored in an encrypted database, isolated per member (company).

💳 More transparent billing — For subscriptions, we will notify you of the charge amount and billing date by email or in-service notification before each renewal, and we will obtain your consent before any price increase.

📄 Your documents remain yours — Rights to documents you upload or create belong to you, and documents generated with AI (HWP, DOCX, etc.) may be used freely.

📱 New usage environments reflected — The Terms now clearly cover the mobile app, login with Google or Apple accounts, financial institution integration (with encrypted certificate storage), and external service integrations.
